Meet the guest: Dr. Cesar Corzo is the Leman Chair in Swine Health and Productivity and an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota. He holds a DVM from Universidad de La Salle in Colombia, an MS from the University of Guelph, and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. As a swine veterinarian, Dr. Corzo’s research focuses on the epidemiology of swine diseases, with a strong emphasis on biosecurity and pathogen elimination. He coordinates the Morrison Swine Health Monitoring Project, a critical initiative monitoring major swine diseases in the U.S.
